Why Little Elm pharmacys lose money on delivery today
- • Courier costs erode already-thin dispensing margins
- • Homebound and mobility-limited patients miss pickups
- • Chain competitors already advertise same-day delivery
Little Elm sits on the Lake Lewisville / FM-423 corridor, in Denton County. Ground routes fight that corridor every trip; a drone flies straight over it.
